Sarah Gray

Registered Social Worker

RSW

Sarah Gray is a Registered Social Worker specializing in supporting children and youth, including those navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation challenges, and family transitions.

Her practice is child-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in building safe, trusting relationships.

With a Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work and a minor in Gerontology, she offers psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults across Ontario through in-person and virtual sessions.

As well, she works with adults and parents seeking support with anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re a caregiver looking for guidance or someone trying to make sense of your own emotions, my goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.

For clients who prefer a more active or calming environment, she offers walk-and-talk sessions and nature-based approaches that promote openness, movement, and reflection.

As a mother of four and a long-time advocate for accessible, family-centered care, Sarah brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her practice. Whether you’re a parent seeking support, a young person working through big feelings, or someone in search of a safe space to be heard—She's here to help you move forward with strength and self-compassion.
